They specialize in single-family homes in the high-price segment. I would say that the top 10% build with them. The order books in the private sector are full until 2023 and the demand is still "high". Only the demand for commercial buildings is already declining.

It is quite telling that you very rarely see the client on the construction site. I usually only meet the craftsmen. And if the front door is open, then you can also go inside the house. As I said. In work clothes, you don't stand out at all. And if someone asks, you're just the site manager. That always works!
