We visited a friend in Locarno in February. Quite a new building, nice spring weather but cool and the windows open. Also no thermostat present

We have a buddy who works as a gardening and landscaping professional. He said yesterday it is slowing down. He probably won't have to turn down any work next year.

I hear the same from the galas: It is getting thinner and in half a year very thin they say. Affects the Stuttgart metropolitan area.

Here is some information from my brother-in-law, who works as a civil engineer at a small construction company (region: Southern Bavaria). They specialize in single-family homes in the high-price segment. I would say that the top 10% build with them. The order books in the private sector are full until 2023 and the demand is still "high". Only the demand for commercial buildings is already declining.

but that can also end with a shovel on the head. And as they say: "light taps on the back of the head increase intellectual capacity," which is probably a useful therapy for you?
