The Greens do not want you to live in single-family homes and bind CO2. Unfortunately, reality. Everyone here in the house building forum should do something for climate protection and refrain from building!! It is now more expensive than ever!

What is this supposed to be, this C zero two? In a vodka binge at the Kremlin, did they no longer find the O?

No, the craftsmen (painters, tilers, bricklayers, etc.) are a one-man show, everything goes directly into their own pocket.

It bangs! Residential development area north of Stuttgart with S-Bahn connection. For the finished single-family house development area, the municipality demanded at least €650/m2. Most went for €800+ (start 2021), local benchmark value around €950-1300/m2. Now the adjacent area has been developed and announced in the community newsletter for at least €200/m2. The municipality forces the use of local heating and requires completion within three years. Rumor has it that the additional area had to be created because otherwise the municipal heating center would not be profitable (funding would also be at risk). The „red“ mayor will probably have to adjust his budget, apparently there are only minimal interested parties. Whoever, like the municipality, keeps their hand out too long, ends up digging into the sh*t.
