ad 1: For blue: Not at all, can be eaten. Green only what you see is enough. All other colors: to the chickens. ad 2: Only Mio Mio Cola sugar-free BTT: I also notice more properties on my still active search requests. But in terms of price, at least in the first listing, not much has changed yet. Achtung, dieser Beitrag ennthält Spuren von Ironie

When I look around my circle of acquaintances, it used to be quite a bit easier to afford a home. In my parents' generation, who by the way are not academics (regarding Bubble and so on), almost everyone in our environment owns a home. In my generation, actually many do too, but with the crucial difference that in my generation both partners always work, whereas in my parents' generation usually only one income was present and it was sufficient. Going on vacation several times a year is also not something homeowners in my generation can do. We are glad to have bought a house just before the significant interest rate increase, because now we couldn't afford it despite two incomes. Whether we will ever be able to again remains to be seen. Tomorrow we will fill up oil for the first time... From the previous owners' records, I gather that we will need about 1500 liters annually.

I am also old enough to remember those times when a branch manager built a terraced house and drove an Opel Rekord. But there was no "Gute Zeiten, schlechte Zeiten" yet, where people could stare their brains out until they believed the illusory world on TV. During my school days, there were as many brats chauffeured around the whole school as there are today in a single class. That everything was better in the past is not always a lie.

Yes, the chauffeuring is probably true. We also used to walk the 2 km to elementary school. However, nowadays usually both parents drive anyway and drop the children off at school on their way to work.
