I believe the granny flat died with .. the last floor plan draft. Or at least already with Post 40 from May.

Yes, the granny flat died off quite quickly because we simply realized what we would have to sacrifice for it.

However, I wonder how such a big difference comes about.
May I ask how you arrived at the €350K for the house according to the Energy Saving Ordinance including the usable basement (which usable basement actually)?

We had a kickoff meeting with him last week regarding the factory planning.

The goal is to have offers for the shell + roof by Christmas.
Then you can probably say more precisely where the journey is going, as that makes up about 40% of the construction cost.
