KW 13, so the week after next, is planned.
The partition wall is only optional in any case, in case noises are heard in the living/dining/kitchen area that should not be heard.
Likewise, the glass wall in the basement for the windbreak. It will only be installed if there would otherwise be drafts.

In the end, we are at ~162m² living space + 16.5m² cellar replacement room. The cellar replacement room is basically also executed like living space, since underfloor heating, roller shutters for summer protection, etc. will also be there.

Price-wise, we are currently at all-inclusive 420k. This includes:
- 28k architect’s fee
- 20k kitchen
- 5k land (survey + notary costs due to parents’ gift)
- 8k development
- 13k outdoor facilities (just a little)
- 12k double carport (will probably be more expensive since we want a masonry one)

Also included are already the extra costs for the offers of shell construction including plaster, roof, as well as 30k for electrical with KNX.

Since yesterday, we also have a first offer for roller shutters + venetian blinds, which will probably come to about €12k, so 4.5k more than previously assumed. But I hope to get down with comparison offers.

Altogether, we still have a 25k buffer left for the rest. But that will surely also go towards unexpected things, heating/plumbing, special requests, etc... ^^
