this is not for me, but thanks for the effort. I insist on my standpoint

Hard to believe ... everything without measurements, but you have it all under control.

Yvonne's suggestion is definitely more practical and accessible, although I have already mentioned the rather unfortunate staircase position (exit at the top). So I would reconsider this entire block in the middle and probably plan it differently together with the staircase.

Did you plan the house around this center? Actually, these rooms do play a role, but a more subordinate one. The goal is to accommodate a lot in a small space. In your pantry, not even two people can enter at the same time without getting in each other's way. The same applies to the hallway, which has to snake around "your center."

I think you will have to build somewhat smaller and more efficiently anyway because of the budget, but that probably won’t be heard by you until it is brought up. By the way, persistence is out of place when you ask for improvement suggestions ;)

You write that the planning was done by an architect.....my honest opinion, even if you probably won’t like it:

This "architect" either completed their studies at night school, or they simply mindlessly implemented everything requested without questioning it and are looking forward to receiving their payment. A proper architect should also have an advisory role and address or prevent architectural no-go’s. This obviously did not happen here.

So far, most of it is that someone doesn't like it. It's a matter of taste then.

There was a point with argument... which I will also implement.

I don't want to have to search on all four sides next to my shoe cabinet. I want to slide open the double door and have everything in view.
The SK has existed like this for 70 years and is very practical.

At the top, we reach 1.15m. This type of staircase already exists, but here I only reach 60cm.

I am also paying the architect so that I get my house and not a ready-made one (like a thousand others).
And house number 4 is supposed to be the last one and carry my "signature."

I brought up and solved the window issue with the window maker yesterday.

Unfortunately, I can only repeat myself; my opinion was not about matters of taste, there are simply architectural "errors" in this plan. Show this plan to another architect and they will immediately know what is meant.
