House placement on a plot on a hillside curve, where will the house be located?

I gave it a try. In principle, the idea is clear, but what would the entrance area look like? It would be quite a steep slope from level CP to the front door. In addition, at the end of CP there is a rather large height difference, which would also have to be compensated with SM. Do you think this would be cheaper than the other variants? Or did I implement something wrong?

Thank you, you implemented that quite well.

Put the city villa in there. It definitely looks more harmonious. Sure, without a basement you have the budget for retaining walls. But only the one behind the storage area is really necessary. It can be omitted if you place the garage in the basement.

If the house is lowered a bit more, lower level at 239.8 m, then the flat area will be easier to create and somewhat larger? The entrance also a bit friendlier. Only the retaining wall on the west side will be a bit bigger.

The SM in the west can also be replaced 1:1 with a nicely planted slope reinforcement.

In my opinion, the garage below becomes more expensive and the house looks disproportionately tall. I would not like that.

In my opinion, the living-dining area in the basement with access to the garden/terrace is advantageous.

In my opinion, that would even work as a flat roof. But the development plan does not allow that?

We might actually be able to warm up to this variant. But a basement under the garage, is that permissible under building regulations? The neighbor has his driveway at the border, which is not yet finished/paved, but in this case I would have to dig around it a bit for the excavation? For understanding, by 1:1 you mean 100% slope? That would only be possible with planting rings then.. Your double garage/carport 7x6 m also has its costs.. Really difficult.. Thanks so far!

I have not seen anything from the neighbor in the pictures yet. Then the neighbor should not create a driveway yet. Otherwise, the basement will only go halfway. Somehow your garage or parking space has to be built. That also works without a basement. Then store it in the roof??

What is the neighbor building?

I would be happy if you could incorporate the changes into your 3-D version.

Where are the connections for water, electricity, and telecom, is there district heating?

Yes, I'm working on it, at the moment I have the following status.. The house connections are at the bottom right in the SE.. That was also a reason for variant 2, since the line lengths are short here..!?

I just took a look at it, I probably should have mentioned this first.. The neighbor to the west is building at street level about 242.5 m and is doing it relatively flat here. The neighbor to the south is not building yet, or the plans are not known to me.. It looks roughly like this.. I'm losing some interest in the property right now..
