For understanding, by 1:1 you mean 100% slope? That would only be possible with planting rings then.. Your double garage/carport 7x6 m also has its costs.. Really difficult.. Thanks so far!

I have not seen anything from the neighbor in the pictures yet. Then the neighbor should not create a driveway yet. Otherwise, the basement will only go halfway. Somehow your garage or parking space has to be built. That also works without a basement. Then store it in the roof??

I just took a look at it, I probably should have mentioned this first.. The neighbor to the west is building at street level about 242.5 m and is doing it relatively flat here. The neighbor to the south is not building yet, or the plans are not known to me.. It looks roughly like this.. I'm losing some interest in the property right now..
