Ok, thanks! I don’t quite understand the floor plan.. Is it the basement, ground floor, attic from left to right? Where did you get it from and for which variant would it be considered? I was on site yesterday with a local civil engineer, he would prefer variant 1, according to him the 4.5m at the corner can somehow be managed, with terracing or something like that. I just can’t imagine how to catch the corner. I’m back at the beginning.

We could imagine the S/O orientation with variant 2. I’ve requested a quote for the garage as a hillside installation, it’s around €13k for 3.5m x 6m. Hopefully the garden landscaper will get back to me this week with the quote for the terrain for variant 2.

That is variant 1 with EG on the left, OG/DG in the middle, and UG/cellar on the right. It does not work exactly like that. The DG needs to be adjusted to the 1.3 m knee wall. Variant 2 you have completely aligned to W. Towards SO, only variant 1 really works.

Just ask the municipality how this is to be understood. Water, electricity, etc. in the SO, wastewater in the NW?? In my opinion, either everything in the NW or everything in the SO. At least that's how it should be understood with full connection.

What is this supposed to lead to? What could be achieved here?

Your variant 2 includes a basement and a lot of terrain adjustments. In my opinion, that is not within the budget.

The existing access system forces you to very expensive connection costs. In the SO there is no sewage shaft on the property.
