Neighbor's house is located to the west, landscaping has not yet begun. The neighbor has built a natural stone wall to the south, nothing has been done at the boundary yet, it is currently partly cut away and somewhat gravelled for the driveway, I do not know the exact plan, I have to inquire.

What do you mean by shaft? A channel? One is in the curve, it is visible on the site plan, another one further down the street, so at the end of the southern adjacent property.

You have a problem in S with the 1.2m SM. You are 3m deeper.

Yes.. That’s why I am currently at option 2.. I could live with it, my wife too. I will get the costs for the site for option 2 next week, I had already asked the landscape gardener about it 10 days ago.

Landscape construction is probably somewhat cheaper since the garage is going to be at the SE boundary. However, the SM with 1.2m is probably not enough. So you should then make the garage longer.

Is the basement indispensable for that? Costs in my opinion are rather much higher.

Do you want the west orientation against the elevated plots / houses? I had thought more towards SE.
