House placement on a plot on a hillside curve, where will the house be located?

I don’t know how deep.. Yes, there is also a shaft in the SE, a bit further down the street. Retaining walls up to 1.2 m above natural ground, then terracing with a 5 m distance. Your suggestion roughly corresponds to variant 1, more or less!? I am a bit "uneasy" about holding back the created slope at the corner with a 1.2 m wall (approx. 25 m, what would that cost approx.?). Such a slope with about 45° is also not exactly easy to maintain. In addition, the house connections are quite far away; variant 2 would also have a slight advantage here.. The street edge was surveyed, the values at the black line correspond to the street surface edge. Thanks so far for your thoughts!

Isn't there a plan from the surveyor that is not black and where all points are also visible?

I have shown you the version with a basement so that it is easier to assess how the heights work. The advantage of version 1 is that the garage and house approximately come to the same level.

Here is the plan I received from the surveyor.
That means you would prefer option 1? How would you then secure the terrain in S/E?

Take a photo (screen shot) of the relevant area in the survey plan. Then it can be read. I am still thinking about it. Maybe split level is possible? With a basement, you will probably have to plan it that way. But you have already recognized the problem. How should the terrain be designed? I don't see the house with the whole facility around it within the budget. Did the neighbor to the north build a bungalow or with a basement? Is your plot one of the 3 remaining building plots?
