House placement on a plot on a hillside curve, where will the house be located?

Wow, may I casually ask if this is actually natural ground or if everything has been newly filled in?

Hmm, I’m not exactly sure.. New development area, the slope was already there before, so rather natural ground

It seems to me that the road builders have piled up quite a bit. I would first check whether your property is affected by this and if there are spots where the foundation might become difficult. Otherwise, the first option looks more feasible financially.

Thank you. The pictures say a lot.

I can’t find it either. You are sent from page to page, but somehow there is no link to the PDF.
I would be interested to know how the city envisions access to the property. Apparently, they have filled in quite a bit. It appears that the driveway is planned to the north, before the curve. It is relatively flat there, and a utility shaft is already visible in the photos.
In my opinion, you have to live with the slope here and not try to achieve a completely level surface.
The structure on the road after the curve is practically there to serve as an embankment and to be planted with ground cover.
The garden then in the southwest, which slopes downward, can be laid out in terraces.
But apparently, in the north there is the flat area where the house will be placed.

Is there actually an online development plan?

The image of the development plan can already be found. The house orientation is also proposed as I have presented it. The area in the north is not as steep.

The red dots on the street are the possible reference heights. Unfortunately, no development plan can be found online. Unfortunately, the plan does not show any heights on the street. There are two full stories built in the surrounding area.

Are there no THb and THt for your property?
