it would be really cool if everyone here just posted one or some pictures of the current state of their house.

I'll start right away.

For renovation as a comparison, it's best to show before/after conversion.

Before March 2014:

Strange, somehow I thought that this might attract more interest, since many people also use their house as an avatar :-(

Think it's a good idea, as soon as there's something to shoot with us, I'll gladly join in...

Unfortunately still with scaffolding, as the plaster is still to be applied. But hopefully without it later this year, we’ll see if the weather cooperates

Basement + 2 full floors without attic (ridge height open)
Timber frame construction
Total costs including land, ancillary building costs, and photovoltaics approx. 630,000 EUR
