Oops... Have you ever thought about where which water pipes are supposed to run? Especially sewage pipes? You should also consider where sudden water flows should then be acoustically noticeable.

Exterior wall thickness of 20cm - is this sufficient for the current energy saving ordinance?

I had almost feared it... but I had also hoped that the 3.25 sqm for the utility room would be sufficient. The washing machine is currently integrated into the kitchen (we wash a maximum of twice a week). Is that a no-go or quite an alternative? On the right wall of the dressing room, you could gain 30 cm if you move the wall into the guest bedroom. Otherwise, there is only one row for clothes.

The wastewater pipes from the upper floor would arrive exactly in the utility room. The wall to the office would then probably need to be upgraded acoustically. Would that be okay then? The timber house providers advertise the 20-cm block wall. I assume that this also complies with the regulations.

Washing machine in the kitchen in a new building I consider a no-go ... What about the washing machine in the ironing room? Or still place it in the upstairs bathroom? Why are there 2 bathrooms upstairs?

The dressing room has already been mentioned. You should rather give it 60 to 80 cm more in width. I always like to use the example of Ikea-Pax wardrobes with sliding doors. They have a depth of 66 cm each, times 2 = 132 cm .. 80 cm corridor would be sensible, so such a closet room should already have 212 to 215 cm.

No, it’s not enough... 20 cm of spruce have a U-value of 0.59... The utility room behind the toilet is a mess and also too cramped. The dressing room at 1.56 m is far too narrow... I also don’t see the point of two bathrooms for three people. 80 cm between the stove and the table is not enough either (I assume that the kitchen planning is not yet completed).

I tried to change some points of criticism. The 2nd bedroom on the upper floor is a guest room. If necessary, the washing machine could be moved to the attic. Here are the new floor plans:

When is this small office on the ground floor actually used? There is also a small table in the living area. Basically, I find a pure bedroom and the wardrobes in another room very comfortable, that should be feasible here. I could imagine as an approach to have the guest room and guest bathroom downstairs, and the building services upstairs (should also be possible) and really set up the purely private area there.
