The floor plan really improved a lot there. I think everything has become nicely spacious now, and I would gladly take a seat at the dining table right away.
What I also noticed is that I would reduce the distance between the island and the kitchen unit a bit, possibly by making the kitchen unit deeper, but definitely a maximum of about 130 cm instead of 160 cm.
Yes, between the counter and the wall we now have 95 cm each. The terrace windows are double-winged and each wing has its handle olive (no lever), so that the second wing can be opened quickly if it gets tight.
