Unfortunately, I cannot understand the panic.
Assuming a 5m distance to the street and a consistent slope as indicated, 10m house depth:
Up to 5m you lose 0.375m in height, there you add 0.35m so that the rear rooms do not disappear into the ground. Let’s round that up to 0.75m. Then, according to my calculation:
5m - 0.75 = 4.25m - 2.90m story height (30cm base slab + 2.60m ceiling height) = 1.35m knee wall. That is a very good standard for 1.5-story buildings! You can comfortably place a bed under the slope.
