Good morning,

I have put together a small list of extras and would be happy if you could give me a few more ideas

- On the ground floor, living, eating, cooking should be electrically controlled individually and lowered via "series circuit"

- Controlled decentralized ventilation with heat recovery

- Photovoltaic preparation for the roof or garage roof is missing

- 2 outdoor sockets on the ground floor

- For each side of the house, one outdoor connection for a lamp with motion detector and switch

- High-voltage power in the basement

- Fireplace for wood stove

- Power in the garage

- On the top floor, in living, eating, cooking, leave the roof open upwards

- Sliding doors approximately 1.5 meters opening in the dining living area to the hallway

Thank you for your help

Hello hululu0,

what kind of answer are you expecting?

Additional features depend solely on personal wishes, needs, and the budget.

It starts with security for windows and doors, goes through an alarm system, video cameras with recording, to various types of heating, a workshop in the garage + pit, a bus system, electric roller shutters, etc. If the desire or need exists, you can also have an elevator installed.

As you can see, there are numerous different special features and extras. This list can be endlessly continued by the users here.

Or would you like to discuss the pros and cons of the special features you mentioned?

I do not want to argue, I didn’t want to forget anything or get some tips on what you still need to include nowadays or not

Built like your suggestions with bus system, pit...,....

Sorry, the problem with this thread is that no question was asked.
"Leave the roof open upwards"... what is that supposed to mean?
"On the ground floor, living, eating, cooking should be electrically lowered individually and via 'series circuit'"
Who, what... how? Who is "they"?
"What can still be put in nowadays"... where? In the house?

Give me a budget and I’ll distribute it for you! - for a single person or a 5-person shared flat?

I didn’t want to go into that much detail, I’m more concerned with practical things that one doesn’t think of so quickly…..!

Practical things are relative.
If I apply my professional skills, you will not mean the pants that are being pulled down with the sentence (?) "living eating cooking you should be electrically operated individually and lowered via 'series wiring'," but rather the electrically operated roller shutters.
I am now fundamentally questioning "electric roller shutters"! Fortunately, we all (hopefully) have two healthy arms and legs with which we can walk to and operate one or the other roller shutter. It is also good for the house to inspect it this way to ensure everything is okay.
Practical things can be continued, but then only in relation to the user.
