Has the KfW "grant for construction supervision" been discontinued?

Since last night I am totally confused.
I got an offer from my energy expert - 8k (!!!). I thought it was not so bad since 50% are subsidized anyway.

Then came the sobering realization - see attached picture. Does anyone know anything about this? Has KfW cut subsidies again? Is there really no more grant for the energy consultation?

Has the Kfw cut funding again?

The funding landscape has been reorganized. I assume your question concerns KfW55, for which the application deadline for funding is also approaching soon. Changes / cancellations / transitions of main funding measures (construction) usually affect the accompanying subsidiary funding measures as well. However, I am also surprised that a subsidiary funding measure would have already been removed from the portfolio now, even though the deadline for the main funding (to my knowledge, only from 1.2.2022) has not yet passed.

That the secondary funding is said to have already been removed from the portfolio even though the deadline for the main funding (as far as I know not until 1. 2. 2022) is still in the future, does, however, surprise me as well.

It has not been removed from the program. It is incorporated into the main funding. There you receive the additional funding for the energy consultant. @TE All of this is written out in detail on the KfW website.

Apart from the fact that the subsidy is directly offset against the BEG 461/261 when applying and the energy consultant could have told you that as well: 8k for the energy consultation is exorbitantly expensive, I would get some counteroffers. I pay all in including construction supervision and blower door test 3.8k (-50% subsidy). There were similar threads here once (search function) in which prices were compared. 8k is really a lot.

It probably depends on the region and the fact that energy consultants are now urgently needed due to the elimination of the Kfw55 level as of 1.2. We had offers ranging from 8,000 to 12,000 euros in the summer.
