Apart from the fact that the subsidy is directly offset against the BEG 461/261 when applying and the energy consultant could have told you that as well: 8k for the energy consultation is exorbitantly expensive, I would get counteroffers again. I pay 3.8k all in including construction supervision and blower door test (-50% subsidy). There were similar threads here once (search function), in which prices were compared. 8k is really a lot.
I thought so too, we were also at 3.5k all in, minus subsidy.
