Handle position on the window not centered - defect?

What off-center would also be nothing for me, if I am to be honest.

In terms of height, at about one eighty I'm pretty centrally placed and manage well with the classic handle height in most places – but in the kitchen, where I first have to reach over the worktop, I would prefer it lower (the same applies where a sofa stands in front of the window).

All windows are below center for us. I never noticed that. But it is so, and the height fits well.

If you google a bit, you can see that especially higher-priced windows have the handles [außer Mitte]. It is also correct for ergonomic reasons. For floor-to-ceiling windows, however, they should be [mittig].
