Looks like a typical hotel bathroom in the 3-star segment. Corner entry, that’s fine...

And for the kids who think they need to shower for 25 minutes, I then turn off the water or the heating in the HAR.

Some kids also believe they need to have a horse at 12. Do I have to buy that too?

Wider is a good idea. I would rather give it 2.40 m.

We have a shower with 2 folding doors in the corner in our small bathroom (Wohnung zur Miete). The whole thing without a shower tray seems like a space miracle when the doors are folded in. And let's be honest: the shower in the guest bathroom is not needed >90% of the time. I would always choose this again when space is limited.

By "ohne Duschtasse" I meant bodengleich.
We don’t even have a strip on the tiles. The rubber lip on the door is enough. During the bathroom renovation, the tiles were laid directly with a sufficient slope towards the drain. The same tiles as in the rest of the bathroom.
