You can emphasize or disguise the length, whichever you want.
Every format has its justification.

I did that. But either I am too picky or I can't find it. But I didn't find a really nice elongated bathroom there. Also, in the pictures, all bathrooms are tiled up to the top. Probably because seller sites naturally make more sales if they tile all the way up.

In the previous bathroom, I only tiled the shower up to 2m. In the current bathroom, I had the shower tiled all the way to the top. I think it looks nicer.

But I didn't find a really nice elongated bathroom there.

Doesn't have to be. You just get ideas for layouts or how (material, tile layout, furniture, lighting) to take or emphasize length...

Hello, next Friday I have the sampling appointment. I am planning 60x30 cm tiles on the wall in light gray and similarly sized tiles on the floor in anthracite, laid horizontally. The bathroom should look classic/elegant and appeal to as many people as possible. Do you think that the dark tiles on the floor make the bathroom (a long bathroom) look smaller? Is this a combination that won’t be outdated in a few years? The apartment will be rented out.

Wrong approach. The bathroom should appeal to YOU (singular) or YOU (plural).

I prefer minimal tiling work in the bathroom. Only where absolutely necessary.
