We also didn’t have this problem with children.. Rarely did anyone shower with us in the morning. And at other times of the day, you just arrange yourself..

I definitely wanted the second shower as well. It's not just for guests or when everyone wants to shower at the same time. It's also better to shower right at the entrance when coming in dirty from the garden. And if a sauna barrel ever comes, then also.

Spontaneously, I would reduce the size of the window here and place the shower at the bottom right. Then either a sink above the shower and a toilet at the top left of the plan or a toilet at the top right of the plan and a small corner sink at the top left.

An 80 cm wide shower, which can be used over the entire length of 180 cm, for crouching and washing feet or having arms wide because you thoroughly massage and wash your head. I can't do that in corner showers, which can be a maximum of 90x90, so that the toilet also has 90 cm.

Toilet paper in the "row variant" could be integrated into a cleverly planned under-sink cabinet ;). A toilet room width of 80 cm is not excessive, but due to its location, it should be cozier than in the original plan, where you are surrounded on all sides by limiting walls in the niche.

uh...
Maybe it's due to my lack of imagination, but:
The sink is already narrow anyway, which means you are limited with the washstands.
Even if you then find a suitable one with a toilet paper holder, the toilet paper will still be parallel to the butt or minimally towards the knees (especially with additional front walling).
That means I have to contort myself in the small clinic every time just to clean my butt.
Attached in red is where you think the toilet paper holder could go.

That's not even half good anymore, that's junk ...

That would work well too.

I also think it's good, but the passage width between the shower and the WC might be too narrow for broad-shouldered heroes.
