Ground floor layout ideas for a semi-detached house

I find the kitchen very massive. My suggestion would be like this..

Shorten the kitchen, use the room as a cloakroom. The window in the kitchen would of course have to be bigger.

But that way you would also have the desired vestibule (for me that would be nothing).

But since the OP wrote that the WC and HT are fixed and cannot be changed.

Is it allowed to rotate the staircase, so the entrance is at the top of the ground floor plan? The floor plan would work that way as well.

Then one could also place the air heat pump and the electrical box under the staircase and have a good part of the HT chamber free for other uses.
The U-shaped kitchen with 4.17 m long legs is also too big for me; it also works well with about 1 m less.

Nice idea, but without the terrace door you marked, it is a very, very dark room, and the utility/technical room gets the west(?) window. Unfortunately, nothing is supposed to be changed about the windows anymore.

Hi. I came up with an idea and represented it to scale using the Ikea kitchen planner. So far without the cutout for the wardrobe. What do you think?
