Ground floor layout ideas for a semi-detached house

Windows, stairs, heating room and WC cannot be changed. Only the wall in the kitchen can be altered and possibly the door hinges (but only outward or inward as shown in the floor plans).

If the central element of a house – the stairs – and additionally two more rooms (i.e. the entire right side) cannot be changed, only some cosmetics remain.

[*]Where do you place the door for your vestibule... (before or after the heating room...)
[*]How long will the kitchen wall be (possibly still movable a few centimeters)

I don’t see any more floor plan changes.

: The additional kitchen door takes up even more space. And the kitchen would be too close to the WC for my taste. Cloakroom area barely 1 m. Somehow everything is too tight.

I would move the two 60 cm kitchen cabinets downwards (i.e. remove the door), shift the cloakroom backwards instead of the upper two kitchen cabinets (replace kitchen cabinets with cloakroom) and omit the vestibule door anyway.

You could also… some air across… anything but a separation … keyring and scarf meet salad bowl and phone charger ;)

Or so. Then the toilet is separated from the kitchen by an additional door and you would have a wardrobe. The kitchen would still be nice.

, and where do you place the refrigerator, tall cabinet with built-in oven, and perhaps a pantry cabinet?

Well, what do I learn from this? Maybe I should have spent my free time with my cat instead of worrying about others and helping them for free. That was the last time I created a plan in this forum. It was the same for the last plan for someone else a few months ago, no response.
