Okay, so the garden in front of your house is larger in area than the one behind the house because the development plan requires it...?
If the marked lines are the building limits, you are still allowed to move the garage almost to the middle of the property, even though it is drawn as a boundary development? Because to me the plan looked like the garage had to be right on the boundary.
But the house must be positioned exactly as drawn?
Well, I would also put the garage on the north boundary so it doesn’t block the evening sun from the west.
Hello, yes the garden is at the right corner of the house, it is in front of the house and goes around the corner on the right, it is definitely larger and flatter in front than behind the house and above all on the sunny side. We can move the house freely within the building limits, the garage has to be placed on the boundary to the neighboring property. Whether the garage starts 5 meters or 8 meters into the property doesn’t matter. But since the property slopes, it supposedly makes sense to build the garage right after 5 meters, because otherwise we would have to add too much fill to place the garage. However, we could also move the house further into the property, so that it might not start parallel to the garage but for example 2-3 meters further back, but then the basement would extend more to the rear outside.
Unfortunately, we cannot place the garage completely to the north because then you would easily drive downwards into the garage and we were advised against that.
