I have an idea but it is not Ikea-standard, so it would have to be modified a bit and unfortunately the Siemens KI21RAF30 refrigerator does not fit in there, but there is an alternative, which I will come to later.
Here is the description:
Since we only have 181 cm on the short B wall, we take a (ME 189) 128 cm corner base cabinet and add, for example, a (ME/MA 147) 40 cm base cabinet without a countertop. The countertop of the ME 189 is shortened by 20 cm but the base cabinet itself and its pull-out function remain intact. By shortening the countertop and combining the ME 189 with the ME/MA147, space is created at countertop height where a (ME 376) wall cabinet can be installed and a Bosch CMG636BS1 compact oven fits there easily. If needed, the wall cabinet can be extended upwards or covered with a countertop.
On the long A wall, the first corner is thus covered thanks to the ME 189 corner base cabinet. Next to it comes a 60 cm dishwasher, then a 60 cm sink base cabinet, refrigerator (I will come to the refrigerator later) and again a (ME 189) 128 cm corner base cabinet, thus covering the second corner.
The ME 189 has a pull-out interior; since it is actually a pot/pan cabinet, nothing stands in the way of installing a cooktop here. (The IKEA kitchen planner does not allow this, but in the floor plan the extractor hood is above the planned spot.) Finally, there is a 60 cm base cabinet with space for the built-in freezer.
Note about the sink base cabinet. It looks nice, in the middle like that. But it takes up space on the countertop. Here you can swap the dishwasher with the sink base cabinet if there is no problem with the water connection/drain.
Now to the refrigerator. Since I amusingly placed a 40 cm base cabinet under the oven, the refrigerator had to give way (but there are drawers for that). The Siemens KI21RAF30 is 88 cm high so it does not fit under the countertop but I read that the Siemens KI21RAF30 has a capacity of 144 liters, exactly as much as, for example, the KALLNAT from IKEA.
But that’s not the only one that fits under a countertop. Other companies also have nice refrigerators.
As for the wall cabinets, it’s a matter of taste whether tall, deep, concealed, glazed, mixed... whatever.
So much for my idea, maybe you can adopt something from it that helps you further.
