Garage, carport with bicycle shed - land planning

As CP I would prefer the variants. 1. 2. Roof with trapezoidal sheet metal without rafters and roof battens (but with coating so that there is no condensation) and purlin attached to the wall without supports. Whether something like this works your architect should know. It should be cheaper than the prefabricated garage. I realized something like this in DIY for under 2k. Including a partitioned shed with 2.5*2.5m.

Every carpenter offers you that. Best if it includes a garage. I would rather design it as CP. Why doesn’t your architect plan that for you? The rejected design is not worth a ct. The architect is responsible for the faulty planning.

With my suggestion, the problem can be solved.

Have you already commissioned the L stones?

Here’s a question for the experts. Is it sufficient if the roof is extended up to the boundary, or is a wall required?

Thank you very much for the suggestions. They would be great for us. Unfortunately, in both cases the average roof height is not lower than in the draft, if I see it correctly. And thus not approvable or exempt from approval according to the State Building Code NRW, i.e., average roof height no more than 3m above the natural ground.
