Man, man, man... one wrong headline, and the OP gets dissed here.
I find this a bit exaggerated now. I prefer a questioner to come along with a pencil sketch rather than either this Sweethome or an approval planning. The first is unreadable (I personally refuse to say anything detailed about it), the second shows that the consultation here is already too late. As some builders know here: you don’t pay little money for this planning!
One can patiently respond to what is available. Or ask where the slope has gone here.
Uh, and because he’s an “expert,” he’s allowed to behave here like a HB little man? He can also ask nicely. The real expert also asks factually and nicely.
What expectations does the OP have? None of the users here expect you or others to produce a multi-page elaboration on pros and cons of this draft. The OP wants to know if the hallway is nice or if the windows on the upper floor are not chosen too large.
Yes, that would be very nice. But in 80% of the cases it’s not like that here.
Yeah, then you can simply stay away from such a thread instead of getting annoyed here in multiple posts.
We had that discussion yesterday already. If the questionnaire is not filled out or the measurements are missing (or the whole slope story here), then you can keep it very short and tell the OP that. Then you click away. After the OP has provided the missing info, you can resume the thread.
The answer in a forum without experts may always reflect the quality of the question. We are not paid here!
Where is the submission planning? Sections and views? Where is the development plan? You have a 2.3m slope and come around the corner with mirror-smooth views?

You don’t always have to sugarcoat everything and go on a cuddly course. If the title says before building application, then the submission doesn’t happen in 2 months, right?

me) - but is practically our expert for dealing with reality slope location, and at least in this matter I find his question marks justified.

It’s not about netiquette but about expectations.

I (and not only me) expect that the OP deals with his development plan or his plot and provides us all the info in the first thread.

I expect information about the heights in the building envelope. And yes, also details about the height of the building project (in this case), because if someone comes along with 350k€ all in, I don’t even have to start typing.

We regularly have threads here where building finance and floor plans are evaluated over several pages and afterward it turns out that the financing or a general contractor contract has already been signed. I really could puke.
