Without measurements difficult

From top to bottom
Access to the attic, how should it be achieved?
Draw the 2-meter line on the upper floor
Plan a window at the staircase
The hallway is huge
Mini office is too small, it will become a junk room
Possibly plan a small utility room

Ground floor
Yes, I don’t like that at all. It looks a bit like Tetris. The entrance and the angled utility room cost. The whole thing must be within the thermal envelope
Also bigger hallway here
The slanted wall is not appealing

Have you ever drawn furniture to scale?

Otherwise site plan with contour lines
Where is the access to the property

Also is allowed to have a bad day sometimes, today was apparently one of those, the door lock de-icer was in the trunk (I suppose) - but is practically our expert on dealing with reality tilt angles, and at least in this matter I find his question marks justified.

It says something about 14 sqm, so much for zero factual contribution. But I would also have one, mine would be: I like the invisible roof ;-)

The robber once titled like that too, the maturity for submission we all worked out about 450 posts later.

I am not yet willing to judge whether the day was good or bad.

Of course, the reference is to the literal mini office on the upper floor. The 5 before the comma is there, it can hardly be more than a storage room.

It's enough for the vaccination card, advance healthcare directive, and savings book, and the home office on the ground floor remains audit-proof purely professional ;-)

It's not about netiquette but about expectations. Just as the OP expects to have their floor plan evaluated and ideas for improvements, I (and not just I) expect the OP to engage with their development plan or their property and provide us with all the information in the first thread.

So I do not expect the OP, when they tell me they have a 2.6m slope on 700sqm, to present a floor plan that is obviously unsuitable. I expect information about the heights in the building envelope. And yes, also details about the height of the building project (in this case), because if someone comes to me with 350k€ all in, I don't even have to start typing.

We regularly have threads here where financing and floor plans are evaluated over several pages, and afterward it turns out that the financing or a general contractor contract has already been signed. That really makes me want to stick my finger down my throat.

Yes, it is about that too. The opening post is surprisingly extensive. A tirade as harsh as in #2 is completely inappropriate there. The site plan does show the heights at the corners of the property. The 2.6m is on the diagonal. So we’re talking about around 1.20m in the area of the building project, with the greatest height difference pointing north, where less valuable land can be freely modeled. I agree with you that a few more height measurements and the development plan would be helpful. As for the measurements, everything is overlaid with graph paper. That should be sufficient for an initial comment, and if not, you can politely request additions, as and have done.
