Front door manufacturers with motor lock

At Kneer Südfenster the surcharge is €390, Hörmann I believe about the same. The base price for plastic at Kneer is from €1,850. I don't remember Hörmann. However, I believe the standard doors with prices can be found in the online catalog.

For my planned single-family house, I am looking for a manufacturer of front doors that installs motor locks at the factory - ideally ones from Fuhr. Since I have to pay very close attention to the price, a plastic door would be best of all. Since some of you have already installed a motor lock, I am hoping for constructive tips from you, because it is quite difficult to find something online at first.

I was also looking for a door with a motor lock and fingerprint. Price-wise, the offers were usually rarely around 6,000 euros and mostly upwards of 7,000 euros.

Only Inotherm could significantly undercut this price. They assemble the individual parts of the door in Slovenia but source high-quality components from well-known manufacturers in the "scene." I have had the door for almost a year and would buy it again.

The company wants to grow and is very committed - also in service.

Oh... Does anyone know the ones I mentioned and can advise against them? At €6,000 there is quite a substantial difference.

...every door manufacturer installs an electric strike in their doors; not always from Fuhr, everyone does their own thing. It would be important to clarify what requirements the door must meet during day and night operation? Just having an electric strike alone doesn't help, it has to be controlled somehow.

Actually, I am completely unbiased about that, it just has to be quality. And until now, I only knew the one from Fuhr, which is widely praised. The motor lock is supposed to be controlled by a fingerprint sensor, ideally built into the knob or handle bar. I can't think of any special requirements regarding time of day or anything like that.

Question: you have to pay attention to the money (as stated in the opening post) and yet you are dealing with such frills?
