You are rude! People here make quick thoughts and you complain because a detail, a wall is not drawn in or a window not accurately detailed. So far I haven’t seen any comment from you following one of our posts. Whining in the morning that nothing comes from us, and then after the hint the posts from you are only read from noon onwards? Maybe one should read first, then complain and demand… right… :( Just get away from here … we don’t have popcorn weather anyway.

Thank you very much for the previous 2 suggestions and sorry for all the others I have upset. I don't want to complain, but do exactly what most people here do, give my two cents. I think Katja's proposal is very good!

The OP wants to have a granny flat in the basement. This should be accepted as it is and proposals should be made on this basis. Perhaps one should distinguish in the course of the discussion: Is it about the fact that basement granny flats generally have too little light or does the OP's granny flat specifically have too little light? Honestly, I don't see the latter.

Oh, what don’t you see? I see almost exclusively proposals for the basement granny flat. Problem: OP does not want a granny flat, he wants an open-plan office. OP wants improvement suggestions without having to change anything.

By the way, the terrace of the [Einliegerwohnung] in my opinion does not offer enough space for a table with 2 chairs. The step-down is simply too long. I would remove a bit more soil and build a wall on the left side, so that one can actually sit there. It might be about 1 meter or so - nothing that would make someone poor.

Töröö! – I'm glad if my 11ant memory function has found an heir. In times of "crossover" off-road station wagons, it must also be allowed to discuss such Wolpertinger misconcepts as houses – but please openly without a secondary account. It always comes out who with such a project has never achieved public success here.
