There will never be any with this groping in the dark. If you think we are going to throw 100 drafts at you here for you to choose from, you are mistaken. A floor plan is an iterative process that starts with a detailed needs analysis combined with your wishes. But since these constantly change or partly become absurd, no one takes you and your project seriously anymore. I have the feeling you are afraid to commit, which you have to do with a house after all. Maybe it would be better if you stay in your apartment and keep the money. Then you can always decide quite flexibly to move and live differently or reside elsewhere.

You should definitely remember to plan in such a way that the basement can also be converted to be drivable. So that the mess of a basement can still be properly used as a garage. Upstairs, everything can probably be converted into a great single-family house somehow, but it would be a shame not to be able to properly use the basement as well.

I also liked it and adopted most of it for the basement. I just find the bathroom unfortunate. That way, every visitor who needs to use the toilet ends up in your bedroom. Let's see what Katja says about it.

I suppose you mean #63. At least that's the number I see. But we've had this before, that everyone sees a different number...

Regarding the draft:
The pantry occupies important (light) space that should be assigned to the kitchen. Kitchen unnecessarily small. Bathroom layout is bad. Chill corner remains too cramped or in the hallway’s walking zone.

#63 was correct. I only arranged the bathroom so that the size can be assessed. What is not working here or how should the sink, tub, shower, and washbasin be so that it is not nonsense for you?

It's just a small selection... I don't want to contribute more content-wise (you also pick the best bits), but just want to say what a likeable person you are. Good luck!
