I was amazed that even tried to answer, since your quick-click snippets of the floor plans are hardly suitable to give discussants an idea of what the whole thing is supposed to be like.

I don’t want to rule it out, but do not share the hope: to present then 90% not shown floor plans after the address seems to me an almost exemplary audacity :-(

For us, the complete floor plan provides the basis for a proper diagnosis and therapy recommendation for your benefit (and a little bit also for the benefit of the other readers – who can hardly make anything of floor plans of grand houses anyway, since the credit class is in the minority here).

I go to the structural engineer and architect, there I at least have qualified personnel. You all act as if you were the ultimate authority.

I always recommend this classic source of qualified personnel again and again. But even here there are plenty of experienced builders who, not least by reporting their mistakes, create value for the community. As a one-sided question-only asker, you won’t really be missed here, fare well.
