Have you ever furnished the pantry? As planned, in my opinion, the pantry would be more beneficial if it were removed altogether. Actually, you hardly have any storage space there, especially if it is a passageway. Why is the pantry important to you? What should go in there that does not fit in the tall cabinets of the kitchen?

Otherwise, I like the design. Savings potential has already been mentioned :)

The media room is designed so that in the afternoon the sun shines on the TV, if I see that correctly. Have you taken that into account?

It's nice if you encountered an architect in a draftsman's position here. But that doesn't make it any better to start the distillation process of house planning in third gear or to bring an architect on board only at this point. You do a great favor to the quality of your house planning if you work out the house design with an architect from the ground up.

I like this kindG

For the 3 years, I would put the child on the stairs. For example, we have a wardrobe with a seating area that we never use. With a wardrobe niche width of 1.6m, I can only laugh. For the next (forest) kindergarten child, the wardrobe will go into the garage ;)

maybe so that after the weekly shopping you can put everything directly from the trunk onto the storage shelves?

But you would have to have storage space there. Try furnishing it when you also have to go through it fully loaded with the weekly groceries. Surprisingly little space remains for shelves and the like...
