Floor plan single-family house gable roof 180 m2 without basement

Hello everyone,

we would like to get your assessment of the attached floor plan. Our desire is to create a bright, open, and spacious feeling.

The main entrance should be from the east. There is also an entrance from the double garage through the utility room.

The north side is the side where the staircase is located. The black square in the living room is meant to represent a double-sided fireplace in a wall (room divider).

We look forward to your thoughts, ideas, and suggestions for improvement :-)

Stairs in the living room, when children have visitors, they walk right past you.

Hallway with 18m2 not bad either, what is this little corner for?

As described above, this is the fireplace installed in a wall that serves as a room divider.

You have drawn a table with 10 little chairs, but a couch that is smaller than the one in our small old rental apartment. I would rethink quite a few things there.

You don't have to sit on the couch with 10 people... At the dining table, however, you do. Where are you planning to place the wardrobe? Are you sustainably just the two of you? I find the kitchen a bit cramped. I would take another look at it and possibly work with a single row + island.

Thank you for your feedback. The wardrobe is to be placed in the hallway to the left of the entrance. Yes, we are "just" two.
