And why is that without the plot of land (and incidentally also without the questionnaire)?

Because those are two different topics.

Unfortunately, they are not two different topics. Especially the property / site plan inevitably belongs to the floor plan.
The questionnaire also contains some relevant questions.

How do you feel about your floor plan?
What do you like? What bothers you? So that we know where to start.

I would maybe separate the hallway area that is intended as a wardrobe and turn it into a cloakroom. I find your utility room too small and otherwise don't see enough storage options.

Upstairs, I would try to access the private rooms through the dressing room.

Spontaneously, I thought that this is an American-inspired floor plan from the 80s. At that time, 45-degree elements were very popular.

Are those windows from the kitchen to the hallway? That could be a really nice idea.

I can fully understand this desire. The implementation also corresponds to this wish and would be acceptable if no further wishes were added.

Thoughts on this:
You can sit generously when you can place a sofa freely. Setting up a seating area in a large room leads to an uncomfortable viewing of a lot of traffic area.
Based on the stair steps, the ceiling height seems much too low in relation to the room area. This quickly creates an oppressive large area and the spaciousness is gone.
For whatever reason the dining table is supposed to be set at an angle – if so, then adjust the angle of the room divider to the table position.
The staircase solution fits the upper floor but looks a bit lost downstairs.
A spacious feeling does not automatically arise from a lot of floor area.

And precisely the angled position of the table turns the terrace access into an absolute bottleneck.

The kitchen is actually large, but the planned kitchen design resembles a fight in a boxing ring.

And yes, the site plan and questionnaire are indeed relevant. Because we cannot look into your mind, and these two items provide many fundamental pieces of information that are important for assessing the floor plan.

why do you want a slanted panoramic fireplace? I would straighten it and make it a partition wall with a TV to the living room. Then you can also place a large sofa area there. This huge table will feel very oppressive unless it is extendable...
