The idea from ypg with the bedroom is great. In addition, I would probably place a utility room with a washing machine upstairs with cabinets for bedding and such, and a storage area down to the technical room. You could also integrate the space under the stairs into the technical room. It is then much easier to access. What I don’t like is the whole window situation in the kitchen and dining-living area. We have a very similar layout of these rooms, but with many more windows. Both in the living-dining room and in the kitchen. There, we placed the tall cabinets on the interior wall to keep the outer wall free for access to a second terrace. I love the abundant light in every season. And for you, that would be the west, so the ideal spot for an evening terrace right in front of the kitchen!
I would only execute this angled arch in drywall, maybe only after laying the floor? Then it can be removed if you no longer like it. However, it does zone nicely. We have two little walls like that also between the kitchen and dining area, but necessarily, because we had to hide pipes there and needed a support for the load-bearing upper floor wall. But I quite like it. Maybe someday I will put in a thick glass door in loft style there.

We definitely had the window on the west side widened to 2m, that was the maximum that was possible. (with the current kitchen planning...) I know, still nowhere near as light-flooded as yours, but at least better. ;) We’re still planning with the architect, she’s also not really satisfied yet and wanted to consider it further. May I ask how wide your kitchen is on the floor plan? The south window in the dining area was originally planned similar to yours, but my wife preferred a normal window on that side to place a sideboard there. Somehow you always have to find the compromise because you can’t place such furniture in front of windows. But even that can still be changed; I’ve already been assured of that. It is still something we’re working on...
What we are actually changing now is the underpinning in the living room, which we will only do in drywall if at all... but that still has to be figured out. My wife would like a wooden beam ceiling in the living room, that’s how we have it now... I don’t yet know what I think of that. For that, the underpinning would definitely be a good transition...
