Hi OliverZ,
you can just play around a bit with the room layout...
Maybe move/expand the bathroom to the right or left up to the 2m line and then plan the bedroom opposite.
Then maybe the dressing room not as a separate room, but for example as a niche in the sloping roof, visually separated with (glass) sliding doors...
If you skip the hallway, for example, and place the bedroom door directly at the staircase, you gain significantly more space to move the walls/partitions back and forth.
Well, a door that is immediately adjacent to the stairs is not necessarily ideal, but with the relatively narrow width of the house, maybe still an option worth considering...
That way, you could ultimately design the entire attic as a sleeping area with bathroom and dressing room (like a hotel suite) without losing valuable (because scarce) space for a hallway.
