Floor plan revision, tips and experiences for improvement?

The visualization only makes sense if you can also view it on the screen. I am only making the visualization of the slope for myself to better see how the plan can be implemented on the existing terrain. The complete visualization is only made once the planning is finished. If something like this is desired beforehand, I can gladly produce it. In which area of BY do you want to build?

We want to build in the Oberpfalz. One hour away from Regensburg.

We are only interested in seeing an external view of this idea to determine whether we like it. So the already created one from the front with the stairs, entrance to the front door, and possibly a parking space in front, so that one can imagine it in the terrain.

That works out well then. I live 1 h NE of Regensburg.

Here is the rotated house variant. I planned the 45-degree roof that way because of the photovoltaics. At the moment, I do not want to change the original terrain. The garage and the partial basement below it have several advantages.

The horizontal slab is supposed to show how one might possibly create a fairly level garden.

You can now build any house from the catalog on the basement or partial basement (granite). The entrance area is down in the basement, after all. So the 9*13m is more than enough to implement your wishes. The ground floor level is now also about 1.5 m higher. View approximately like in your photo. ;)
