What would be the solution then?
Cutting the Gordian knot by separating the house and the garage. Building codes often require the garage to be set back from the street-property boundary only if the gate faces the street. Therefore, I would place the garage with the side facing the street (i.e., driveway from the side) on the boundary. I would let the house make greater use of the property’s width and make it narrower in depth, so its depth spans less terrain height. Sketch later, I still have to go shopping.
