We also have a height difference of over 5m on something like 22m length or so. I already described how the structure is with us, where a passage from the garage to the house would also be possible. I'll attach a picture for you... it's from before our time and doesn't show the whole house, but quickly I don't have anything better.. to the left of the house is the small staircase to the front door. What is the basement for us would of course need to be higher for living spaces. And of course one would have basement rooms at the back and only living spaces at the front towards the street in the basement.

That's how it is - the nasty clipboard ruins the mood!

Oh, I sincerely apologize everywhere for that part of the confusion which probably arose this afternoon in the clipboard of my browser - especially poor
@Phllip St, who is completely innocent in this accident.

The apparently identical house of and was nevertheless mentioned in two threads, by him in thread 49438 and three days later by her in thread 49444.
Phillip is not to blame, and his thread 49467 has no thematic connection whatsoever.
My post #38 from 15:46 actually belonged in this part of the marital double post:

Someone advised us to possibly rotate the house by 90 degrees. We received a draft as an alternative but quickly discarded it because of the spiral staircase, very long, space-consuming driveway, similarly steep, just twice as long. I would still be interested in what you think about it? Not that we gave up on it too quickly.

I would say this: there are definitely reasons why almost all the houses you showed and otherwise considered have the short side facing the slope.

Answering raised questions helps. I’m happy to continue. But without feedback it’s difficult. What do you not like about my proposal, besides the outside stairs?

The living room upstairs seems to be fixed.

To minimize the intervention on the slope, one should plan something like this.
