Where I see absolute problems in the floor plan: no technical shafts for cabling.
I see this in my parents' 18-year-old house: we installed a network afterwards. Without a proper technical shaft that you can still access afterwards, you are lost. Sure, this might not be an issue right now, but if you want to upgrade something later, it's good to have.
Besides, you need a shaft anyway for wastewater (toilet, bathrooms, etc.).
I actually find the floor plan itself horrible, but I can't say exactly why.
But if you occasionally need something from the pantry while cooking, you have to run a half marathon to get there and back.
Tip for the kitchen: plan everything in a 60 cm grid (at least the length of the walls where the kitchen is) because standard kitchen furniture is each 60 cm long. Custom-made pieces in this area are quite expensive.
Moving the windbreak and vestibule (by the stairs) looks more than strange => I wouldn't feel particularly at home there.
Best regards
