I don't find the view with the garage so spectacular now, but the view with the overhangs and glass fronts all the more. It is also surprising to me that despite still quite manageable square meters, the design comes across so positively.

Thank you. I have to admit that I do not find the north side (with the garage) very attractive. But: form follows function. And the floor plan suits us as a family. We could have made this facade more interesting, but with compromises inside.

Thanks. Yes, we were lucky that we were allowed to build with a flat roof. The typical gable roofs you see everywhere in Bavaria aren’t really my thing.
But you are getting a great Senso floor – I’m jealous and would love to see photos when the time comes! Unfortunately, we had to drop the Senso floor because we had so many cost increases. We are now using exposed concrete screed on the ground floor – Senso would have been 13,000 euros more expensive!

I won't believe it until it's installed. At the moment, I'm just annoyed because of all the delays, shortages, and cost increases. Let's see what awaits us regarding the floor!
