Interesting point, I haven't thought of that before, I'm considering whether it can be solved differently or if there are soundproofing systems for this.

Hm, do the children use the bidet?

Some points have already been raised. I find the living room area too small, only about 3.50m wide, with a lot of unused space in the dining area, while the hallway is much too generous. I can't imagine a kitchen without a window at all; it is always too dark, and who wants to always stand in the kitchen under artificial light. The dressing room is far too narrow to place wardrobes on both sides, and the master bathroom is only 1.50m wide; the toilet and sink don't fit comfortably opposite each other, the pipes still have to be taken into account, and if installed in the 10cm wall, it will probably get a bit loud in the children's room. And with all these 75cm wide windows, it won't be particularly bright either.

Regards
Sabine

Where do the electrics and the house connections go? You hardly have any wall for shelves.

Regarding my principles concerning straight stairs and symmetry, I should perhaps add another one: "´function follows form´ works from 200 sqm per floor excluding garage." Otherwise, consistently implementing this becomes "comfortable" like designer mega heels.

That means the master bathroom here serves purely or primarily short distances for nighttime urination? Otherwise, I share the surprise, because I associate bidets with users of reproductive age.

As much as I personally find this attitude sympathic, it seems to me like an S-Class with a manual transmission for a house of this size. That means I would consider this at least borderline as a resale disadvantage.

Upper floor
Parents' bathroom sink in front of the window?
Really such a small shower?
A bidet would be better placed in the parents' bathroom.
Do you have 3 or 4 children? With 4 children, I find Child 2 too small.
Laundry chute only for your laundry?

I don't like the kitchen layout and arrangement. Also the storage room simply thrown in the middle.
Living room too small
Wardrobe for 6 people as well.
Be sure to draw your existing and desired furniture to scale.
