I noticed that too. The stairway doesn’t have a single window. I have been thinking about a light shaft in the roof.

I don't. The staircase just doesn't fit there. Take a look at the corridors... too much has been tinkered with, here a corner for a wardrobe, there the pantry... visually, the house looks bulky from the outside.
This planning belongs in professional hands. This is one of those examples where the client has been fiddling with their dreams on paper for years and eventually lost the chance to have the dream castle planned by a professional, because everything seems so simple with the programs.

After all, the question arises whether it is even possible to build that way from a structural standpoint. Or do such programs also check the statics at the same time?

yes, the staircase could be brightened up by a light shaft (daylight spot). I saw this recently at a friend’s place. It impressed me!

A seven-figure budget will probably be necessary. It is a large box and unfortunately it looks like that. In addition, it is convoluted with oversized rooms. Get a new architect and go without plans, only with the written requirements. Dressing room without natural light – that’s one way to give a hallway a grand name. Uneven distribution of children's rooms. The separate WC from the bathroom. What do you do if you have to go briefly while bathing or showering? At the parent meeting there is a missing washbasin in the WC. The hallway is dark. Below, the 80s slanted wall, recessed pantry, living room too big, dining area missing. If you have the money for such a large house, have it designed by an architect. Balanced, well-laid-out rooms with the wow effect that is possible at that size.

I roughly count 300m² of living space, plus basement, plus a good 80m² garage. You don’t get something like that off the shelf at the discount store, so we calmly have a 1 at the front.
