If at all, then only by a few meters. My husband has a very large family that does a lot together. So there will probably regularly be 10-15 people sitting in the dining room.

So again: Can your "normal" office be located in the south and can it be accessible through the living area? Are there customers who need to enter?

No, no customers. I think the office orientation has to remain facing north. The idea would be that we also have access to the garden while working in the summer (to take a short break during a long meeting, for example).
