how is plot 1227 supposed to be developed later? It is probably also family-owned.

Is the bungalow a priority? Or why not build like the parents with a gable roof?

I also see that as the goal.

Plot 1227 is family-owned but not designated as building land, meaning it is a meadow and is only accessed by agricultural vehicles.

Not necessarily a priority. I just like the idea of having only 2 levels so that, if necessary in old age, one can drive behind the house and enter on the ground level.

My problem with our plot + floor plan is the staircase if I want to place an office in the basement. The office should be on the north side to avoid being underground. Additionally, the entrance and garage are on the north side. Therefore, there is hardly any space for a staircase. However, I also don't want to place the staircase on the south side of the house, since that is the "nicest" spot in the house. I hope this is described clearly.

To stay within the budget, you should rather plan UG as the actual living floor and the garage out of the house.

In the basement then 2 children's rooms, office, entrance, wardrobe, bathroom, technical room, storage room.

On the ground floor bedroom, dressing room, bathroom, living/dining area attic initially not to be converted, rather used as storage?

The enclosed space is reduced by approximately 35%

I would propose it that way. Unfortunately, the ramp won’t work then. In old age, a stairlift will do.

In old age, a stairlift will do.

Our garage has no beam, the open space room has one. Here it is not planned with the slope. 10k is also five figures. That little filling of my two front gardens cost me that much without walls - we had done that ourselves and stones were available. The removal of the excess excavation at the friend cost 25k.
