Deviating from the attached file, the staircase will now additionally be executed as a half-turn staircase. Advantages: More space in the dressing room, door from dressing room to bedroom, space for furniture in the hallway
Great We had the same opinion and placed the door downwards.
Ah, ok... the dressing room will thus be smaller, the door to the bathroom can be relocated...
I would make sure that the outside door in the utility room is 70cm away from the wall so that there might be space for a cupboard there. I would enlarge the office somewhat to the disadvantage of the living room.
The window above the entrance does not fit the house.

I agree with Yvonne. Also: why does the utility room door open into the hallway in front of the living room door? I would rotate it.
I would reduce the double door to the living room to a single door plus a fixed glass panel, so that a cabinet can easily stand next to it.
No kitchen island? A pity given the kitchen size – it looks so bare and empty. If there is one – however, the terrace door would have to be covered.
The bathroom layout must be redone with the offset door – is there already a plan for that? Is the L going away?

We have revised quite a bit again and now everything is set in stone, meaning signed.
Attached you will find the latest floor plan.
Do you have any ideas or comments on it? --> Minor changes are still possible.
--> The kitchen is not depicted correctly; it will be a U-shape.
--> The double-leaf door in the living room might still get side panels and will become single-leaf, also because of the light switches.
