A site plan would be good, a north arrow would be good.

I currently don't have any heights, I will inquire about that.
I also find the kitchen too tight. Even if it's an outdoor kitchen, maybe even especially then, I like the connection between the kitchen and the terrace.
We can only make the kitchen longer because we have to stick to the room dimensions. But I also don't find the current solution satisfactory. On the terrace side, we find it somehow uncomfortable in our imagination, but maybe you just have to see it. More space wouldn't result from that anyway, or do you have ideas?
I don't really like the stairs, they will be rather narrow and probably super steep. What is the planned clear room height (and floor height)?

I also don't find the stairs good yet, the architect says there is no other solution possible, but we are currently looking for an alternative.

The parent bathroom won't be like this either - right? Everything is way too tight.
We currently live in a single-family house where the bathroom for all five of us has almost exactly these dimensions, they work for us. Only the arrangement of the individual bathroom furniture has to and should be different to use the space more effectively.

Should all children's rooms have a second level from the start? And therefore the stairs? What height will this 2nd level have?
Mezzanines will be added immediately. The middle gable height is about 2.30 m. It will be more of a sleeping/chill mezzanine than a fully functional living space. That's why we are also planning the playroom so the children gain space there.
