and more with the slope.
I thought so at first too, but 455 sqm is not exactly generous to go into the distance. However, the height of the house does not look homogeneous on the plot. Personally, it would be too high for me, since you are always standing next to a high wall on the property. The marked windows confuse me: are they supposed to be casement windows? And if so, why only in part? And then with railing grids… I don’t like the floor plan. It is not intuitive, not fluid – it sticks at many points: the “crooked” sight line from the entrance, the space-saving kitchen in the quite large open space. The dining area is a bottleneck. When the table is occupied, you can’t get to the terrace or simply pass by. That thing in the middle there, whatever it is, already bothers in the floor plan. When it’s built, you will probably be annoyed. The living room corner is too small, you look half into the hallway. You would probably furnish the WC differently to make it work, the cloakroom is too narrow. With a wardrobe, there are 60 cm in front, so no freedom of movement. The dressing room upstairs is hardly furnishable, the bedroom bed is squeezed. The north facade looks crooked, the staircase apparently doesn’t work in the attic because there is no headroom under the sloping roof. Due to the budget, back to square one and then please with the site plan from Google with the surroundings regarding § 34.
